Pamela Baxter is the co-founder of Bona Fide Beauty Labs, a Beauty Brand growth accelerator that invests in and operates founder-led and prestigious beauty brands, such as Beauty by POPSUGAR, Sapelo Skin Care, and Scent Invent Technologies. Pamela is no stranger to the industry as she’s pioneered start-up, licensing and acquisition ventures in luxury, skincare and fragrance for several decades. Her extensive background includes roles such as head of LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, CEO of Dior Couture in North America and Mexico, and president of the Specialty Group at the Estée Lauder Companies.
