Meghana Bhatt

Meghana Bhatt came to technology after 10 years in academia studying human decision-making from both an economics and cognitive neuroscience perspective. After a stint in the startup world leveraging her knowledge of economics, mathematical modeling, and cognitive psychology to build recommender systems, she moved to Netflix to think about how data can complement human expertise for their content teams, and currently serves as director, data science and engineering. Throughout her career, she's strived to think about how to combine the best of what technology can do with the spark of human creativity and judgment.
