Amel Najjar

Activist Amel Najjar is the executive director and founder of the Children of War Foundation and MedGEO. The Children of War Foundation is a non-profit that delivers life-supporting surgeries, healthcare, and health education to children in disadvantaged regions around the world. MedGEO is a health tech company that has created a cloud-based SaaS platform, empowering hospitals and healthcare stakeholders by automating both administrative and clinical workflows. A champion of children’s rights, Najjar is also an active ambassador for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and numerous other organizations, including the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund, and the American Red Cross.
